Four seasons are expanding its portfolio in Egypt

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts are going to open two new luxury hotels in Egypt. They will also add private residences to the existing property in Sharm El Sheikh.

The opening will be located in the New Administrative Capital in Cairo and the city of Luxor in southern Egypt. Bart Carnahan, who is the president of Global Business Development and Portfolio Management has commented that Egypt is an important destination for Four Seasons history. It marked their brand’s entry into the Middle East 22 years ago. The continued expansion illustrates their ongoing commitment to the region. the spot is also very important for the development of luxury brands.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is expected to open in 2025. The location will be the Madinaty development on 185 hectares of parkland.
The residence will feature 346 rooms and suites. There will be 107 villas and 80 residents. The villas will have a contemporary design, Floor to ceiling windows, rooftop gardens limestone finishings and private pools will be part of the project.

Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is likely to open in 2025. The property will have 200 rooms and suites and will boast exotic scenarios of Nile Rivers, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of queens will be seen.

25 villas and 44 chalets will be present on the property. The size will range from 195 to 240 sqm. There will be a two-bedroom ensuite chalet, four-bedroom villas and two custom-designed five-bedroom villas.

Guests and residents will have amenities such as a waterfront restaurant, fitness centre, a standalone, multi-sport courts and tennis. On the corporate side, there will be a vaulted ceiling and outdoor event lawn space.
