Long Awaited Buffet-Style Iftars at AQUA

AQUA, offering breath-taking views of the Bosphorus in a pleasurable setting, greets guests with a much-waited iftar set up. Palate-pleasing delicacies feature Ottoman style traditional dishes, a wide array of must-have Ramadan appetizers, sherbets, and traditional desserts of the month display local culinary culture and rich heritage.

This year AQUA’s buffet-style iftar is prepared by Hotel’s new Executive Chef Görkem Özkan and his talented team. The buffet serves classic Ramadan dishes that reflect the spirit of the Holy Month. Iftar buffet offers barbecue, salad and carving stations as well as varieties of kebab prepared with chicken and meat. One of the must-eats is Hotel’s renowned doner kebab. In addition, there are hot and cold mezze, traditional homemade pickles and local cheese from different regions of Turkey. For those with a sweet tooth, the pastry team prepares traditional Turkish desserts such as baklava and a selection of milk based puddings; and of course signature beverages of Ramadan such as homemade sherbets and compotes to keep everyone hydrated. A fasıl group will accompany the dinner with traditional tunes.
