Four Seasons Hotel Megève: The Ideal Destination for a Summer Break

 Saturday, March 31, 2018

Favorite in the heart of the Alps and the Pays du Mont-Blanc, Four Seasons Hotel Megève offers unrivalled access to countless outdoor activities and opportunities to wind down and reconnect with nature. All fifty-five rooms and suites and the Hotel’s three restaurants offer breathtaking views of the Alps from their terraces and balconies.

Mont d’Arbois Golf Course

Enjoy priority access to one of the most prestigious Alpine golf courses, which opens for the season on May 9, 2018.Four Seasons Hotel Megève is a golf in/golf out hotel, situated alongside the 17th hole of the Mont d’Arbois golf course. Created in 1964 by the three-time British Open champion Sir Thomas Henry Cotton, the course offers spectacular mountain views and impeccable course maintenance by Four Seasons.

Spread over 50 hectares (123 acres), the south-facing 18-hole course is situated at an altitude of 1,320 metres. However, the gentle terrain (150 metres maximum height gain) gives golfers the impression that they are playing on a flat course. Much like the Ski Valet in winter, the Hotel’s Golf Valet will prepare clubs to ensure that guests maximise their enjoyment on the course.

Additionally, golfers looking to explore other “lakes and mountains” courses can use Four Seasons helicopter service for transfers to the wonderful courses in Chamonix and Evian.

A date for the diary: the Four Seasonspro-am competition will take place at the Mont d’Arbois golf course in late July 2018, in association with Edmond de Rothschild Heritage and other local partners.
