Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Introduces “Brunch & Beats” at Quattro Restaurant and Bar

Quattro Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley launches “Brunch & Beats,” a live music journey that offers the latest in pop, rock and reggae genres, performed by local artist and singer Sam Johnson during weekend brunches.

Patrons can expect to be regaled by Sam’s feel-good entertaining style while they indulge in Executive Chef Daniel Garcia’s delectable weekend brunch menu. The brunch menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays, comprises of appetizers such as Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy, Smoked Salmon, to entrees such as Steak & Eggs, Avocado Toast and more. Chocolate Buttermilk Cake and Seasonal Fruit Tart are the perfect culmination to the gastronomical experience.

Sam Johnson’s decade long career as a performing artist boasts lineups with Foo Fighters, Guns N Roses, and Train, among others. His soulful blend of pop, rock, and reggae gives Sam what he calls “The California Sound.”

Quattro restaurant also offers an all-day menu of contemporary Californian cuisine and dry-aged grilled meats during the week with a stunning setting overlooking the outdoor garden and terrace.
