In praise of the vitality of spring, Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin creatively introduces “Art of Garden” themed Afternoon Tea for spring with Executive Pastry Chef Christy Tse’s craftsmanship. It is available from April 9 until June 5, 2022 at La Sala Lobby Lounge.

With a joyful sense of nature and the aesthetic of art, the Art of Garden Afternoon Tea set features five stunning and exquisitely crafted desserts including pineapple, coconut and lime cream cake in an adorable owl look; sour cherry chocolate mousse cake made with molecular gastronomy techniques; cherry blossom and strawberry mascarpone mousse cake with the beauty of cherry flowers, and more.

Savour masterful creations such as braised Dalian abalone flaky tartlets, a sea-inspired appetizer surprise, followed by five savouries including yellow fin tuna tartare and spinach espuma that is creatively presented in a savoury cone; and foie gras terrine with cherry gelee and masala pear with a rich yet refreshing flavour, and more.

Paired with homemade scones and handcrafted coffee or tea, guesst will enjoy gathering with friends and family at La Sala for an elegant afternoon tea that is sure to leave all senses satiated.
