Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, Wyoming’s premier mountain resort, announces the return this season of Fahrenheit Forty-Seven. Named for the ideal temperature at which to serve Champagne, this dome-shaped bar will transform the pool deck into a winter wonderland experience of chic luxury and the ultimate après chill.
The 20-foot (6 metre) custom dome structure seats up to 20 guests within the heated interior space, adorned with wood flooring, golden accents, cosy fur furnishings and a centre bar. An 18-foot (5.5 metre) wide window located behind the bar showcases 180-degree panoramic views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s ski slopes. Emerging from the interior space, an exterior lounge complete with a fireplace, fire pits and cosy seating for an additional 20 people awaits.
Fahrenheit Forty-Seven will offer Moët & Chandon Impérial and Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial by the glass and by the bottle, plus bespoke cocktails featuring Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. Curated culinary après offerings also will be available for purchase, including osetra caviar with toast points, Maine lobster salad canapes and kumamoto oyster shooters.
The slope-side bar is expected to open right before the Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday, November 24, 2021, with hours of operation daily from 3:30 to 6:30 pm for après ski season. The venue also can be privatised for the ultimate après ski experience, accommodating up to eight guests on a round table. Guests can enjoy a gourmet menu from Westbank Grill, with a private server and custom menu; food and beverage minimum purchase will apply.
Stay tuned throughout the season for pop-up après “Moët on the Mountain” parties, accompanied by live music. Come experience the après chill, and share the experience @FSJacksonHole #moetmoment.
