Four Seasons Resort Marrakech Presents the Zellige Yule Log, a Mosaic of Flavours

On the occasion of this wonderful holiday season, the Executive Pastry Chef of Four Seasons Resort Marrakech Anouar Ait Abdelaali pays tribute once again to Morocco and Moroccan craftsmen with his new pastry creation “Zellige Bûche.” It’s a creation that draws its inspiration from the purely Moroccan art of Zellige, one of the artistic forms that most expresses the originality of Moroccan architecture.

Like a Moroccan craftsman, capable of assembling several geometric compositions, the Zellige Yule Log is composed of three cubes concealing a mosaic of flavours. It’s a unique creation that reinterprets the notion of sharing and generosity with three cubes to share with family and friends, concealing a gourmet and surprising dessert for festive meals with a mosaic of flavours:

• A cube of Cream-Cheese Mousse and Mango Cream, Passion Fruit Jelly, Mango insert and Almond Dacquoise
• A second cube of Raspberry, Pistachio Dacquoise and its Crunchy, Ivory Pistachio Mousse
• A third cube of Soft biscuit, Lemon Basil, Lemon Mousse and its insert, Ivory Chocolate Supreme
