On the occasion of this wonderful holiday season, the Executive Pastry Chef of Four Seasons Resort Marrakech Anouar Ait Abdelaali pays tribute once again to Morocco and Moroccan craftsmen with his new pastry creation “Zellige Bûche.” It’s a creation that draws its inspiration from the purely Moroccan art of Zellige, one of the artistic forms that most expresses the originality of Moroccan architecture.
Like a Moroccan craftsman, capable of assembling several geometric compositions, the Zellige Yule Log is composed of three cubes concealing a mosaic of flavours.
