From June, Uttarakhand is prepared to host Devalsari Titli Utsav 2022

From June 4th, 2022, Uttarakhand is all prepared to organize three-day Devalsari Titli Utsav in Tehri Garhwal’s Devalsari. This festival in the hill state is being arranged to encourage nature-based tourism and butterfly watching. The festival will have butterfly, bird and moth watching, butterfly photography, nature and heritage walks, as per the reports confirm.

Even though bird tourism has experienced a sharp increase in India, butterfly tourism is also getting quite popular as per the reports. And Uttarakhand is the best place to watch such beauty and natural wonders, as this place also known for its stunning views of the Himalayas. This place also has many wonderful adventure opportunities and butterfly festival is one such thing.

Arun Gour of Devalsari Environment Protection and Technology Development Society – a village community-based organisation, said that it’s involved in promoting Devalsari tourism, mentioned that this festival is the third edition of Titli Utsav. He also explained that for this festival, they have limited residential options. At the same time, he also said that they have received many bookings from various parts of the country as well as other countries and that they are expecting hundreds of day visitors this year.
