Gill Newman has been selected as the new Director of Life Sciences Operations, EMEA.
BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has announced the appointment of Gill Newman as Director, Life Sciences Operations, EMEA. Gill joins the expanding BCD M&E Life Sciences team from American Express GBT Meetings & Events, where she held the title of EMEA Operations.
Gill will undertake direct line management responsibility for the UK Life Sciences operation, as well as taking a quality and best practice remit for the Life Sciences operation across EMEA. Her time will be split equally across the Maidenhead and Faversham offices, in which she will also provide an essential senior leadership presence.
Since acquiring Zibrant, BCD M&E has seen solid growth across Europe through the Life Sciences division, globalisation of major accounts and new wins in the retail and automotive sectors.
