Gillian McGraffin has been chosen as Spa Manager for Swinton Country Club and Spa, which was opened on the Swinton Estate in July 2017.
Gillian McGraffin joins from The Grand Brighton, where she was Commercial Spa Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the spa industry.
Gillian McGraffin was the Business Manager for bareMinerals looking after 300 accounts across North West England selling the brand, setting up spa accounts and training teams.
She began her career achieving a degree in International Spa Management. From here she joined Alton Towers as Spa Coordinator and progressed over three years to Spa Manager, winning a number of awards within the region. She also worked at Cowley Manor as Spa & Membership Manager, increasing membership and enhancing treatment options.
The focus throughout her career has been ensuring the customer journey from reservation to departing the spa is seamless.
