This Thanksgiving, spend less time in the kitchen and more time around the table with loved ones enjoying great food and even better company at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. LAW Restaurant Chef Paolo Gama has prepared a five-course feast that will leave guests feeling grate-full.

Brunch in LAW – November 25, 2021

Seatings from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm

Enjoy a special five-course brunch featuring a prix fixe menu with a selection of Thanksgiving classics and LAW brunch favourites. Begin with a Seafood Platter to share followed by a Fall Harvest Chicory Salad. Savour a taste of LAW’s famous Sunday brunch with a choice of Butternut Squash “Cappuccino,” Honey Glazed Ham Benedict or Baked French Toast Streusel. Main course selections include a Traditional Roasted Turkey Dinner, Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Scallops, 72-Hour Beef Short Rib Wellington or Sweet Potato Tortellini.

Thanksgiving would not be complete without Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos’ trio of treats including Pecan, Apple and Pumpkin Pie Bites.

Pricing: Adults – USD 105 includes two Mimosas or Bloody Marys; children under 12 – a la carte menu available. Tax and 18 percent service charge are not included in this price.

Additional Thanksgiving Day Dining Options

For guests who prefer to dine in LAW during lower traffic meal periods, dinner will be served a la carte from 5:00 to 10:30 pm. The evening dinner special will be a traditional Thanksgiving plate. Availability is limited and early reservations are encouraged.

LAW is currently accepting reservations on a waitlist for Thanksgiving brunch.
