Grand Cayman-based Dart acquired Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla has been acquired by Grand Cayman-based Dart, a privately held global investment and development organisation, from an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will continue to manage the Anguilla property, according to Diego Angarita, General Manager.

Angarita said that aside for their customary seasonal closure from Aug 23-October 19, Four Season Anguilla will continue to welcome the guests.

The hospitality portfolio centers on five-star resorts, including the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Grand Cayman’s Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, as well as the Conrad Orlando at Evermore, an 1,100-acre resort community developed opening in 2023.

The 181-room, 35-acre Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla overlooks the beaches of Meads Bay and Barnes Bay on Anguilla’s north shore. The property opened in 2010 under the Viceroy brand and was converted to the Four Seasons in 2016.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla was damaged by Hurricane Irma in September 2017, reopened the following March, was shut down by Covid in March 2020 but reopened that November with strict Covid-19 protocols in place.
