A good meal tastes even better when surrounded by loved ones. This Thanksgiving, gather around the table at LAW Restaurant for a feast that will leave guests filled with great food and gratitude at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas.

Executive Chef Tony France and his team have prepared an extensive Thanksgiving brunch buffet menu featuring a selection of traditional holiday dishes and interactive stations.
LAW brunch favourites include Crab Benedict with Lemon Hollandaise, Pepper Soffritto atop Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits and Seared Salmon, to name a few. Select from Slow Roasted Organic Turkey or Garlic and Herb Roasted New York Strip paired with vegan Stuffing, Sage Infused Gravy, Sautéed Forest Mushrooms and Spiced Cranberry Chutney at Chef’s Carving Station. Boulangerie and Soup du Jour, Antipasto, Farmer’s Omelet and Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie stations compete for space on the plate while the Tartare, Ceviche and Sushi Bar, Fresh Shucked Oysters and Fisherman’s Wharf stations attempt to steal the show.
After dinner, cue the encore. Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos’ dessert extravaganza includes a Holiday Pie Bar featuring Pumpkin, Apple Streusel, Cherry Berry and Chocolate Banana Cream Pies; Hand Dipped Waffle Creations topped with Dulce de Leche, Chocolate Fudge, fresh fruit or Candied Almonds; a Spiced Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate and Candy station; Warm Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches and more.
A selection of hot and cold dishes is available for children.
Additional Thanksgiving Day dining option for guests who prefer to dine in LAW during lower traffic meal periods: dinner will be served a la carte from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. The evening dinner special will be a traditional Thanksgiving plate.
