Here, a U.S. Green Building Council seal declares the hotel’s status as LEED Platinum. It is a rating allocated for the most energy-efficient of buildings. The receptionist of the hotel claims that they are actually the greenest hotel in the entire region of America, adding that most of the materials utilized to construct the hotel were products of recycled objects.
The hotel ensures that its toilets minimize water usage by 33% and the hotel overall utilized approximately 40% less electricity as compared to a conventional hotel.
In addition, the kitchen in the hotel restaurant relies on a geothermal cooling system. For every kind of travellers, the card placed on the bed promises that they would not be deprived of any kind of luxury due to their commitment towards implementing sustainable practices.
