Grotta Giusti brings new thermal yoga for guests

thermalThermal yoga with natural therapeutic theme steam baths is the new norm with millennial. Keeping this in mind the Italian Hospitality Collection has revealed the launch of one of the world’s most unusual yoga offerings by Grotta Giusti, Tuscany.

 

 

 

Apart from thermal yoga the hotel will also bring a two-night spa package which will have floating therapy or scuba diving in grotto’s underground thermal lake. Famed composer Giuseppe Verdi considers Grotta Giusti, a historic Tuscan spa retreat as “the eighth wonder of the world”.

 

 

 

Qualified instructor will be conducting the thermal yoga classes in this ancient wonder. It is believed that yoga practiced in natural warmth of the underground labyrinth increases the sensations and helps in concentration and raises body temperatures.

 

 

The cave’s thermal vapours have therapeutic effect. The water comes out of the ground at 34°C and the water running through the Grotto is rich in salt and sulphate. The steam bath is effective for respiratory, circulatory, osteo-muscular , nervous and skin complaints.

 

 

So far, the Grotta Giusti is the only hotel in Europe having an underground thermal cave and hot spring lake within its ground. The experience of diving into the warm, thermal waters is overwhelming infact a perfect way of ending a relaxing break.
