The new Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is preparing to celebrate Christmas in the style of rock and roll – guests will find plenty of entertainment in the musical theme throughout the holiday season, surrounded by fabulous pink scenery.
The festive season will begin on December 22 with the IslandFood and WineFunFair festival, where guests will be offered culinary delights from around the world and delicious wines from the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives personal cellar. Guests will have the opportunity to decorate the chef’s hat and apron in the Sessions restaurant, as well as to get acquainted with his signature secrets of cooking Indonesian, Japanese and Arabic recipes.
On December 23, young rock stars are invited to spend an unforgettable time at the Christmas tree at the lighting ceremony of garlands, which will be held on the Octagon lawn, accompanied by delicious Christmas cookies, fruit punch and hot mulled wine for adults.
On Christmas Eve, guests will enjoy the Christmas In The Sand deli at Sessions Restaurant with a sumptuous selection of Christmas dishes and views of the Indian Ocean. On December 24, the resort invites you to celebrate Christmas at a festive brunch in The Elephant and The Butterfly restaurant with rose wine and themed bright pink hats.
The celebration will continue on December 27th with a La Vie en Rosé-style party: rose wine, fresh seafood, sunbathing and dancing to live music will await guests throughout the day at The Elephant and The Butterfly Restaurant. On December 29, the Sessions Restaurant will open a fish market with a catch of the day – the best Indian Ocean fish and seafood.
On December 31, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives will see off 2019 in pink: guests will have a gala dinner at the Sessions restaurant, where all drinks – from gin to cocktails, champagne and beer, will be pink. The entertainment program will begin with a performance by the Latin American band Sugar and famous guitarist Luca Stricagnoli on the beach of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. The local DJ will announce the countdown before the New Year and put on fiery music. The festive season will end on January 6 with the SeasonClosingPinkParty party, with pink drinks, gastronomic delights and musicians.
