Heritage Hotel welcomes new Group General Manager

Heritage has appointed a former Air NZ exec to lead operations. Heritage Hotel Management has recently appointed Rachael Nicholson as the Group General Manager of Operations. Nicholson has a seniority command and has held leadership positions for the cruise and airline industries. She has worked in UK, US and New Zealand sectors.

With a strong 23 years of experience, she adds leadership, and experience to Heritage Hotel’s panorama of managers. In her recent adventures, Nicholson has led the airline’s Global Re-start programme. This includes the establishment of advice in New York. She has also led the airline’s COVID response team.

Heritage Hotel Management CEO Graham Yan said that they are delighted to have someone so talented and experienced in the business. The officials celebrated the coming of Nicholson.

The role is based in a corporate office in Auckland. Nicholson is an extremely respected travel and tourism executive. Nicholson has stated that she is passionate about sharing the best experience that she could. She also stated that being part of the Heritage group is an occasion for rebuilding, growing and welcoming both local and international visitors.

Being part of the Heritage Hotel Management is not really an easy task to have fulfilled. The prestigious hotel group has demanded all over the world. To work here having experience of several decades is an absolute necessity. Being part of the operation of Heritage Group is particularly difficult as they have a wide variety of tasks to be completed on very short notice.

Nicholson has stated that she is passionate about customer experience delivery. She also committed to bringing back the passion and high performance which of the staff which is absolutely necessary.
