Hotelbeds pairing with TAT on a campaign for promoting the country to the US travel agents

Hotelbeds is teaming with the Tourism Authority of Thailand on a campaign for promotingthe country to the US travel agents, which is one of its principal outbound markets.

With agreement of more than 3,000 hotels, Thailand has always been one of the primary destinations for Hotelbeds, consistently ranking in the top 5 most popular locations. Due to this new opportunity, the company will not only further develop its presence in the region but will also play a vital role in opening up countries in the Asia-Pacific region, supporting its clients for reviving a market that has beenharshly impacted by the pandemic.

To quote Joe Sheller, the Head of Global Destination Marketing,“This is a great partnership that has been a long time in the making. We started discussions before the pandemic and, now with the decrease in Covid restrictions, we are very excited to activate this marketing campaign with the Tourism Authority of Thailand.”

Due to thisassociation, Hotelbeds will also introduce booking agents to the Test & Go programme created by the Thai government, which would permit vaccinated tourists from all countries to visit Thailand.
