How is Darwin Convention Centre hotel building new buzz in expression of interest

The possibility of achievement for Darwin Convention Centre Hotel has begun with Expression of Interest (EOI) now open with six international hotel operators already interested in the project.

The crucial step for (EOI) taken was when the NT Government’s commercial advisor, CBRE Hotels, commenced the announcement of investment opportunity last month and have received strong interest from both investors and hotel operators, including Accor, EVT, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Marriott, Radisson Hotel Group and Toga far East Hotels.

The EOI is the initial step in the competitive market processto build, own as well as operate a new hotel which was integrated with the Darwin Convention Centre. Therefore, closely analysed that this development would greatly add to the growth of the tourism, residential and hospitality offerings at the Darwin Waterfront.
