IHG Hotels & Resorts Introduces World’s First Groundbreaking Standalone Regent Residences In Dubai’s Luxury Sector

IHG Hotels & Resorts partners with Sankari to launch the world’s first standalone Regent Residences in Dubai, offering unparalleled luxury in the city’s elite sector.

IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in the hotel industry, has revealed plans to introduce the first Regent Residences in the Middle East through a partnership with Sankari, a prominent luxury real estate developer based in Dubai.

The new development, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, will be located in Dubai’s upscale Marasi Marina district. It will offer 63 ultra-luxury units, including ten exclusive floating homes. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, the project underscores Dubai’s prominence in the luxury lifestyle market and reflects the growing trend of branded residences in the city. Notably, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place will be the first standalone property under the Regent Residences brand.

This ambitious project marks a significant expansion of IHG’s luxury offerings in the region, designed to meet the needs of discerning, modern clientele. Showcasing sophisticated upper-luxury living, the development aims to redefine the boundaries between residential living and luxury hospitality.
