In November, Cuba is set to reopen its international borders

Yesterday, i.e. on Tuesday, Cuba declared the steps for the total tourism reopening process in November, like getting rid of mandatory quarantine and a radical rise in international air connections, after Covid-19 lessened to a minimum the arrival of visitors in 2020. The Minister of Tourism, Juan Carlos García, did not offer updated data on the losses in these almost two years of the pandemic, but assured that that “any small decrease in tourist activity has a great effect for a country like Cuba.”
