By now, warning signs have started to show after the recent step of easing the protocols for international tourists to enter the country introduced on April 1st, with a very slow response among tourists coming to Thailand.

Unlike the recent requirement, the Thai government is no more looking for tourists to be tested for COVID-19 by RT-PCR method, the obligatory COVID insurance has been decreased from US $ 50,000 to US $ 20,000 along with the mandatory test on the 5th day of the stay of the tourist, under the Test & Go scheme and the Sandbox entry scheme, now on can be conducted with an ATK as an alternative to RT-PCR method.
