With 25991 new cases or 1210 cases per million populations, Florida has the fastest spread of COVID-19 infection as an important tourism state in US. Meanwhile, with 4 dead or 2.17 per million, Hawaii has become the deadliest US Tourism State.

Hawaii recorded 845 new cases or 584 per million so far. Opening a State to Tourism is likely to be a formula to open up the state to record high COVID infections. When it comes to tourism, Florida and Hawaii are wide open, welcoming visitors with open arms.

In the U.S. 92% of LGBTQ travellers are vaccinated. Fortunately both states are LGBTQ-friendly. For the last few weeks, Hawaii and Florida are competing with each other on which state has the worst outbreak in new COVID-19 cases, and both states have declined to call for more meaningful restrictions on its money-earning visitor’s industry.
