On Wednesday, the head of the department for external economic and international relations of Moscow, Sergey Cheryomin, said that business between India and Russia is anticipated to reach $50 billion or may be more. At the Russia-India business forum program arranged in New Delhi, Cheryomin was speaking on the same.
The Russian minister emphasized that Indian and Russian banks in the countries should encourage trade in Rupee and Rubble.
He also said that they have to promote trade in Rubble and Rupee as it would create a stronger platform for their companies.
Sergey Cheryomin also mentioned that there is a good possibility in collaboration between Mir, the Russian payment system and RuPay, the Indian payment system, to improve tourism between the two countries.
Cheryomin on India’s G20 presidency said that the country has a very good viewpoint in bringing together various opinions and moderating the talks between G20 countries and particularly on the ground of cooperation between huge metropolises.
