Israel organizes familiarization trips for nine travel agents from the UAE

The Ministry of Tourism in Israel of late organized a familiarization excursion for nine travel agents from the UAE. The travel agents were also present at the 29th International Mediterranean Tourism Market (IMTM 2023) along with Israel Where Else Convention held in Tel Aviv.

IMTM was held from February 9 to 14. It is a global networking and industry occurrence intended to link specialists from every strata of business and services in tourism and travel. IMTM presents the national and global tourism exhibitors with an opportunity to link up with international buyers to boost inbound and outbound tourism from Israel and the surrounding areas.

The main objective of the trip was to emphasize the many-sided appeal of Israel and generate a marketplace for associates from Israel to connect with the associates from the UAE comprising global delegation to recognize the travel offerings of Israel and craft packages to boost it among the travelers in the UAE.

The route map of the trip involved, ‘A Tale of Two Cities – Tel Aviv and Jerusalem’ and ‘A Spiritual Journey in the Holy Land’ where the travel associates could take pleasure in the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv; the exclusive understanding of the lowest point in the earth, i.e. the Dead Sea; the holy land of Jerusalem and Nazareth which are fascinating milestones for people who love to explore new cultures and history and also a sanctuary for those with a penchant for culinary delicacies.
