ITE Hong Kong 2022 enhances the effectiveness of MICE exhibiting

Amid closed borders, ITE Hong Kong 2021 held physical and successfully in July with over 2500 trade visitors and 27000 public visitors, and effectively applied online, onsite and hybrid solutions to link up exhibitors and visitors in and/or outside of the venue.

These solutions will again be made available to ITE 2022 exhibitors who likely will still, though reduced, uncertainty! The annual ITE Hong Kong, the city’s only travel fair, will next be held from June 9 (Thu) to 12 (Sun) 2022 in Halls 1 of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre!

For examples, in ITE2021 were zoom meetings held in exhibiting pavilion / stand for outside speakers to meet directly with onsite visitors, and onsite seminars live-streamed on Facebook for visitors outside the venue! Some overseas sellers could not send anyone, so instead had their video broadcasted in scheduled sessions in seminar rooms inside the exhibition halls, put up panel ads with QR code or photo corners.  CLICK to see our available Online, Onsite and Hybrid solutions

Quality upheld in ITE 2021!  Nearly 2/3 of its 100 plus exhibitors from outside or overseas. Some 50 well attended trade and public seminars held.

New themes of Glamorous Camping and new special displays of the Greater Bay Area and Green tourism launched. Visitors took 3D photo of, say, climbing the Great Wall in the China (mainland) pavilion, and live photo with a 4 wheel drive or a tepee in the Glamping pavilion.

The successful holding of ITE2021 reflects strong pent up travel demand!  An online survey of its public visitors, which received 4514 replies, found once restrictions lifted, 21% will travel abroad within one month and cumulatively 68% within six months! ITE Hong Kong 2022 eligible for government subsidies, and all ITE Hong Kong 2022 exhibitors can enjoy a 20% space / booth rental discount if confirm and pay on or before 30 Dec 2021, and thereafter 10% discount. Local exhibitors, in addition, can apply for EMF Subsidy which maximally up to 50% of space / booth rental.

Incorporating the 36th ITE (Leisure) and the 17th ITE MICE, the next ITE will be held from 9 to 12 June 2022 at HKCEC, keep separate days for trade and public. In the first 1.5 days ITE only admit registered visitors; while the last 2.5 days visitors just pay for admission and exhibitors can sell directly travel products to travellers.
