Jean-Georges Philadelphia, located atop the 59th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, has earned the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation, resulting from recent and rigorous evaluations by anonymous inspectors. This achievement, which is given to just 0.2% of more than 30,000 AAA Diamond restaurants, ranks Jean-Georges Philadelphia among a very select group in North America offering leading-edge cuisine, ingredients and preparation with extraordinary service and surroundings.

“Restaurants that receive the AAA Five Diamond recognition are known to consistently exceed expectations by providing guests with highly personalized, memorable experiences, and represent the upper echelon of the hospitality industry,” says Nicolas Suberville, General Manager of Jean-Georges Philadelphia. “We are honoured to receive this status within less than a year of our restaurant’s re-opening.”

With a focus on sustainability and quality, Chef de Cuisine Cornelia Sühr reopened Jean-Georges Philadelphia in March 2022 with two versions of the six-course tasting menu in partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Utilizing seasonal ingredients often native to the Pennsylvania region, dishes are prepared with classic French techniques, while calling on global influences and sourcing local vegetables, meats and seafood.

With its mirrored glass atrium and sky-high views, Jean-Georges Philadelphia is a destination where thoughtful dining and Norman Foster’s renowned architecture intersect to create a memorable atmosphere. Guests are invited to descend the waterfall encased staircase to Jean-Georges Philadelphia to embark on a feast for the senses, offering 360-degree views of the city of Philadelphia’s skyline.
