J&K is in full swing with festivals & carnivals

The Secretary, Tourism, J&K, Mr. Sarmaad Hafeez, explained that they are rejoicing various events, and festivities, just like spring festival and early almond blossom fest. He said that during the month of March and April, they normally arrange Tulip festival. They have several summer fests, fair during winters, and they also have their famous houseboat festival. These events help them to send a message across that everything is absolutely fine here to all tourists worldwide.
