The Japan National Tourism Organisation (JNTO) has recently announced the launch of a new e-learning platform for travel agents. The plan comes following a nationwide lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Japanese Tourism Organisation decided to introduce the platform keeping in mind travel agents who are staying at home and might have a lot more time on their hands at present due to the coronavirus lockdown.
The brand new platform is designed to provide training and development across a growing product base. The portal delivers a complete suite of online training. It also consists of engagement tools using the latest principles in e-learning. The e-learning platform is designed in a way that ensures the learners gain and retains knowledge in an enjoyable, engaging and more effective way.
The E-Learning Japan Training Platform uses varied modules to guide agents through all aspects of Japan. It also highlights key information about each region and location.
One can explore and learn about a variety of Japanese food, lifestyle, traditions, landscapes, sightseeing and view incredible futuristic cities with the help of each course. The platform offers a total of five courses. The course begins with an introduction to Japan. Further learning of additional courses can be unlocked after the completion of the first course.
The Japan National Tourism Organisation (JNTO) training modules also emphasizes on The Golden Route as it is the most popular route for the U.K. travelers visiting Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto.
