Jordan Bernstein appointed Vice President of Business Development at First Hospitality

Jordan Bernstein has been appointed as the Vice President of Business Development at First Hospitality, a hotel management, acquisition, development, and consulting company. Bernstein comes with over 15 years of hospitality experience with a focus on company growth to his new role. In his new role, Bernstein will be responsible for developing new management contracts nationwide working in collaboration with Natalie Stone, who oversees different regions in the same role as vice president of business development at First Hospitality.

Bernstein and Stone are tasked with expanding First Hospitality’s portfolio of third-party managed hotels. Before joining the company, Bernstein held a director role with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) overseeing transactions, asset management and upscale development. In this dual role, Bernstein was responsible for the development and franchise growth of IHG’s upscale brands, as well as strategic projects, workouts, and retention of priority hotels.

Prior to IHG, Bernstein worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts for over 12 years. At Starwood, he held a number of roles in the Global and North America Development organizations, including global strategic planning, and managed and franchised hotel development in the United States and Caribbean. Jordan received his degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University. He is currently based in New York City.
