Jordan Scheiman appointed Managing Director at Highline Hospitality Partners

Jordan Scheiman has been appointed Managing Director at Highline Hospitality Partners (HHP) in New York, U.S.A. The HHP sponsors and makes investments in full and select-service hotels and resorts throughout the United States and is run by an experienced, cycle-tested, principal investment team with in-depth hotel management and operating experience. As a part of his new appointment Scheiman will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and capitalizing new debt investments.

Prior to joining HHP, Scheiman served as a Vice President in the Investment Group of Rockbridge Capital; a private equity fund manager focused exclusively on investments in the hospitality space. He was part of a team responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives related to Rockbridge’s debt platform.

He was also the Director of Garrison Investment Group, where he was responsible for managing all real estate financings across multiple active closed-end private equity funds and separately managed accounts for the firm’s approximately $2 billion in commercial real estate assets. He also served as the Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting, and closing of both CMBS and balance sheet loans.
