‘Kashmir Off Road’ encourages sports tourism

The idea behind the ‘Kashmir Off Road’ expedition is to discover the its people, their culture, scenery and exquisiteness of that place, explained the founder of the expedition, Sajid.

Walking through boulders and logs, sand and mud, vertical inclines, a couple carries on a premier off-road adventure in India, motor-sport unit “Kashmir Off Road” trip to unidentified, rough destinations to give their riders a thrill of their life as they trick over the unpaved ground to encourage sport and tourism simultaneously.

The “Kashmir Off Road”, was set up in 2017. It started to expand and encourage motor-sport and overland travel in Jammu and Kashmir. In the valley, Kashmir Off Road is making a positive difference and providing a platform for the young enthusiasts to take up the sport as well.

Kashmir Off Road, from the time of its inception in early 2017, has established a powerful social community of motor-sport successfully and India’s off-road fans as well as who are settled abroad is growing rapidly. The signature events comprise like Mudzilla, FrozenRush, Evolution – vintage car demonstration, and regional and international overland journey have been a huge achievement acquiring wide international, national, and regional coverage.

Off Road works intimately with the government, police, and army of J-K and all of their events are helped by these agencies and organizations. Also, it works with J-K Tourism in encouraging Kashmir’s remote tourist destinations, therefore developing sustainable tourism opportunities and livelihood for the locals.
