This three dimensional ribbon of architectural pixels cut away the portico of the King Power Maha Nakon to divulge the inner core. This architectural system is creating unique one of a kind residences as well as special features such as oversized terraces and skyboxes, protruding out from the main building.

Scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2019, Orient Express Maha Nakon Bangkok Hotel (1 to 18) will offer 154 rooms including 9 suites and 2 pent houses along Jacuzzi plus signature Orient Express Spa by Gueriain. Next is The Ritz Carlton Residences (Floor 23-73). It is a total of 209 luxurious residence offering exclusive amenities and   legendary services.

Main cynosure is Maha Nakon Skywalk (1, 74, 75 and 78 floor). It is Bangkok’s newest iconic landmark and Thailand’s highest observation deck offering 360 degree panoramic view of Bangkok at 314 meters from the ground.
