Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong has welcomed Jill Goh as its new General Manager. Jill Goh has been with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since 1993, serving previously as Resident Manager both at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London until 2013, when she was appointed Corporate Operations Manager – Asia, based in Hong Kong. From 2015, she then held the role of General Manager at Mandarin Oriental’s Macau property.
Jill Goh has extensive experience in operations and management and has played a key role in numerous Mandarin Oriental renovation projects, proving herself to be an inspired leader across the globe. A native of Malaysia, Jill Goh holds an Executive MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia, and a diploma in Hotel Management from HotelConsult in Switzerland. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese.
Jill Goh said that returning to Hong Kong to take up this prestigious post at one of the region’s greatest hotels is extremely exciting. She is delighted to be working with this dynamic team and look forward to continuing to deliver the exceptional levels of guest service and innovative experiences for which The Landmark Mandarin Oriental is renowned. Jill Goh is a fan of fashion, contemporary art and yoga and in her leisure time, enjoys travelling.
