Traditionally Southern Nevada experienced high surge in tourists throughout the year. However, owing to COVID-19 pandemic, the visits reduced drastically and affected on the business. This however, experienced a sudden change in past few months and with new travel strategies there lies a chance of reconnecting with business travel.

It has been studied in the report, that several companies are also missing the face-to-face interaction experience and are not happy with the virtual business meeting and conferences. The survey conducted on several travellers such as 510 business travellers in which some 77 percent mentioned that they prefer attending conferences, conventions and events physically, and another 74 percent believed that Las Vegas is best prepared to safely host in-person events in the second half of 2021.

And now it is important to evolve as one of the safest place to visit tin 2021. It is anticipated that the arrival of the rescheduled World of Concrete trade show in June will be an important milestone for the city. Of course, all of this is dependent on reduced numbers of new COVID-19 cases and increased numbers of vaccinations distributed.

Stevens noted that he expects federal lawmakers to approve legislation to provide additional relief, but that may come at a cost — higher interest rates.

Southern Nevada is on the verge of seeing a new megaresort, Genting’s Resorts World Las Vegas, and a reimagined property, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The new Las Vegas Convention Centre West Hall is finished, and its Boring Co. people-mover is nearly ready for passengers.
