Leonardo Hotel introduces female friendly rooms with security

Leonardo Hotel Scottish hotel chain Leonardo Hotel launches ‘women-friendly rooms’, providing the services with female room services and the men-only floors so guests feel safer.

 

 

 

This European hotel chain Leonardo Hotel has launched a range of “women friendly rooms” for female guests who are travelling without men or the females who are interested in solo travelling.

 

 

 

The chain is offering the female-friendly rooms at their hotels in the regions like Edinburgh, Baden-Baden, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Mannheim and Munich.

 

 

 

All of the women-friendly rooms are found on the same floor and prepared with door viewer and safety lock, especially for girls.

 

 

 

The rooms on this floor are also served by female staff members when guests order room service.

 

 

 

The guests who check-in these rooms are also allocated “safe parking spaces” next to the hotel entrance.

 

 

Most of the female friendly rooms are also fitted with extra home comforts that might not be of interest to male guests.

 

 

They can request cooling gel eye masks, a range of magazines and a hot water bottle from reception for the refreshments.

 

 

 

The bathrooms of this Scottish hotel also all come with powerful hairdryers, beauty lighting and adjustable make-up mirrors.

 

 

 

The Edinburgh hotel in the chain is now implementing the rooms specially for women after their success elsewhere in Europe.

 

 

 

The Operations manager Lucy Basnett that there is a proportion of lone female business travellers is on the rise and also the solo travellers. So it is needed to have female friendly rooms.

 

 

 

Lucy Basnett also said that they wanted to offer accommodation which not only addresses any concerns women travelling alone may have, but also creates a comfortable environment where they can relax after a busy working day with full security.
