Festive Market-Fresh Buffet
One-Ninety Restaurant’sOne-Ninety Restaurant’s popular Market-Fresh Buffet gets a festive refresh. Look out for the season’s highlights such as oven-roasted organic turkey accompanied with chestnut stuffing on the entrée menu.
The buffet spread also features a dazzling array of delectable appetisers, high quality imported cheeses from France and Italy, and decadent desserts are served free-flow on the table spread, and changed daily according to the freshest and finest seasonal produce that chefs source for the day.
Sweet delights abound on the dessert table with festive fruit cake, German stollen, and chestnuts Mont Blanc. Signatures such as mango cheesecake, red velvet and hazelnut royaltine cakes by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London, continues the feature.
A Family Recreation Room will be available from December 22, 2018 to January 1, 2019 with fun-filled activities for kids such as colouring, movie-screening and futsal.
