Long-Awaited Sunday Brunch is Back at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at The Bosphorus

Aqua, the main restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus, offering breath-taking views of the Bosphorus in a pleasurable setting, welcomes fall season with the much-awaited Sunday brunches that have become a classic in town. This year The Purple Hand Band will accompany the Sunday brunch with a jazz and pop performance, taking the whole experience to a more elaborate level.

The buffet style brunch will be available every Sunday from 12:30 to 3.30 pm, starting September 26, 2021. With a delightful atmosphere to enjoy the wide array of delicious food and time with friends and family on Sundays, Aqua will serve creative dishes prepared by Head Chef Savaş Aydemir, Executive Pastry Chef Adil Çakıcı, and their talented teams.

In keeping with tradition, the Sunday brunch will display highlights from the menus of Four Seasons Bosphorus restaurants, including oysters and traditional cag kebab, a local delicacy standing out this year. Depending on the season’s freshly available seafood, the guests will also enjoy additional options such as paella and a fish buffet.

Fun Cookie-Making Activity for Young Guests

The Hotel ensures that young guests also enjoy the brunch and prepares a fun activity for them. A cookie-making atelier with special doughs will allow kids to have a memorable experience during brunch and taste the Hotel’s own cookie varieties, making the brunch even more attractive for families with kids.
