Lorraine Sinclair has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Pan Pacific London. The multi-award-winning chef returns to her home country and joins the hotel group with years of experience. In her new role, Lorraine will be bestowed with the responsibility of the entire food and chef operations of the hotel.
She previously served as the Director of Culinary Operations at Sheraton Saigon Hotel and Towers where he spent four years honing her craft. At present, Lorraine is considered to be one of the top female chefs in the world. She will lead the hotel brigade at Pan Pacific London and will also put her own stamp on restaurants and menus.
Sinclair comes with nearly thirty years’ experience in top kitchens in Europe, Asia , and the Middle East. She is recognised for holding eight Executive Chef positions in her life so far. She was also selected as the first female Executive Chef in a number of different locations including Bahrain, Istanbul , and Hong Kong, and most recently in Dubai, where she was associated with the Fairmont Hotel.
In the years of her work in Hong Kong, two restaurants under her direction were awarded Michelin Stars. She was also nominated as a ”Les Toques Blanches” Board Member. She also holds multiple accolades to her credits including the BBC Good Food award, Time Out’s Best Steak House , and the third position in Best Restaurants in 2013 by Esquire. In addition, she has also published a charity cookbook.
