The beginning of a new year marks the beginning of state-of-the-art experiences, including the launch of the Romantic Escape package at Four Seasons Hotel Denver and a decadent five-course tasting menu at EDGE Restaurant & Bar. As an ideal destination to celebrate one of the most romantic days on the calendar, the Hotel has also prepared a pop-up flower shop to enhance the overall experience for visitors and locals alike.

The Romantic Escape

Meet one mile above sea level for a perfect couple’s getaway, the Romantic Escape, which includes a relaxing overnight stay at Four Seasons Hotel Denver, a split of Veuve Clicquot champagne, handcrafted sweet treats, Valentine’s Day balloons, and the convenience of valet parking.

Begin the day with breakfast in bed in a well-appointed sophisticated suite, then take a stroll to the famous Larimer Square, or attend a Broadway show just a short block from the Hotel. Unwind at The Spa with an array of holistic treatments, and then slip into bliss with a romantic dinner at EDGE Restaurant & Bar.

Cooking Is Love Made Visible

Executive Chef Craig Dryhurst, Pastry Chef Monika Kobe, and Restaurant Chef Andrew Lauer have created an exceptional five-course menu just for the occasion available from Friday, February 10 to Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Decadent dishes include the white rose with raspberry and beet sphere, slow-cooked octopus, red rose with yuzu and elderflower sorbet with sea salt, aged duck breast and confit leg, and the flaming blood orange semifreddo. A limited a la carte menu will also be offered with dinner service for guests who prefer EDGE Restaurant & Bar’s classics.

“We want to provide our guests with something to stir the emotions and tantalize the senses,” shares Restaurant Chef Andrew Lauer. “To help celebrate romance, we have come up with some fun surprises throughout the dining experience that are sure to wow your special someone.”

A Traditional Gesture of Love: A Flower Pop-up Shop

As flowers are recognized worldwide as a traditional expression of love, Four Seasons Hotel Denver has set up a flower pop-up shop where guests will be able to customize their own arrangements to surprise a loved one.
