Mythas Legacy and First Avenue Partners (Asia) has collaborated to launch the very first love-themed harbor of Malaysia, Love Harbour Melaka at The Riviera with an aim to usher in a tide of tourists in Melaka.
Furthermore, this harbor portrayes classic European architectural design houses and businesses that are inclusive of boutique hotels, various kinds of food and beverage establishments and also several retailers and specialty shops.
Mythas Legacy is presently eager for more tenants and businesses that can add value to the growth of Love Harbour Melaka.
This project covers a total area of five acres with 100 units and has RM$15 million that is planned for investments to promote the area.
Construction of the Love Harbour Melaka had commenced in 2015 and is ready for completion this month. As per the chief executive officer, Hedki Heng, Mythas Legacy the brand new harbor strives to emerge an important tourist attraction both regionally and internationally in an effort to boost economy and tourist in Melaka and the country.
Heng said that this new harbor is all ready to develop as one of the major scorecards to a destination that is already outstanding in this part of the world.
Melaka has observed the rise of tourism as it reached 16.7 million last year and once it completed Love Harbour this month, they had hit the target of 1.6 million tourism annually.
