Margaritaville Resort, NY to have new five food and beverage concepts

IMCMV Holdings, Inc., will open five food and beverage venues at the new Margaritaville Resort. These include including a Margaritaville Restaurant, LandShark Bar & Grill and a 5o’ Clock Somewhere Bar. IMCMV Holdings, Inc. is the primary licensee for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurants in the United States.

The 29-story Margaritaville Resort, located in Times Square at 560 Seventh Avenue, will provide drinks and meals. The Margaritaville Resort in New York City will include five food and beverage concepts. There will be a Margaritaville Restaurant and an indoor/outdoor poolside LandShark Bar & Grill with more than 200 interior seats and seats poolside.

 

 

 

The LandShark addition will also offer an outdoor pool and a FlowRider® wave machine that will allow guests the opportunity to surf amid views of Times Square. The Chill Bar is an all-new concept that will be located on the 5th floor and will offer guests yet another venue to relax and unwind.

 

 

 

The property will also feature a rooftop 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar on the 28th and 29th floors providing an expansive view of Times Square and the iconic New York City skyline. In addition to the food, beverage and retail concepts developed by IMCMV, the $300 million project will include multiple lounge areas overlooking the city that never sleeps.
