Marriott International announces the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott Hamburg City, the second Courtyardby Marriott hotel in a major port city in northern Germany. The new 277-room hotel is located in the heart of Hamburg, within walking distance of the business district and the main gastronomic, commercial and cultural attractions.
Hamburg is famous for its maritime heritage, which is reflected in the architecture of the city, old cargo containers and the winding waterways of the Elbe River. The famous Elbe Philharmonic, many museums, the freshest seafood dishes that conquer gourmets from all over the world and parties from dusk to dawn – the energy in this city beats over the edge and leaves no traveler indifferent.

Böckmann’s Restaurant, with its unique gastronomic market concept, serves seasonal national dishes prepared in an open kitchen. Guests can also visit the authentic TartareBar and make their own beef, salmon or tartare with a variety of marinades, including MisoNutbutter sauce. For those who are constantly on the move, Market offers a wide range of takeaway foods, from healthy snacks to hearty meals. The hotel’s bar serves the best cocktails, including Hamburg’s traditional mint gin and tonic, as well as regional and imported wines.
