To commemorate the World Earth Day and taking a leap towards sustainability and environmental consciousness, Marriott International hotels achieved planting 22,222 saplings across forty cities. This is an ongoing commitment towards its sustainability goals through Marriott International’s Serve 360, a social impact platform of “Doing Good in Every Direction”.
This plantation drive involved associates and guests. Innovative initiatives were adopted by hotel teams to involve guests to plant saplings, a rewarding activity that brought everyone closer to nature and highlighted the need for each one to play their part towards building a greener and more sustainable future.
