Michel Rouse is Appointed as CCTO of Flight Centre Travel Group

Flight Centre Travel Group, one of the largest travel agency groups has appointed Michel Rouse as corporate chief technology officer, EMEA, as the company prepares to unveil its technology investments.

Michel Rouse joins from travel technology provider Amadeus. No with this company he has been tasked with driving development of technology solutions for its meeting brands, FCM Travel Solutions, Corporate Traveller, Stage & Screen Travel Services and Flight Centre Business Travel.

Steve Norris, Corporate Managing Director of Flight Centre Travel Group said that they are excited to welcome Michel Rouse on board as corporate CTO.

Michel Rouse has an enormous knowledge and understanding of the travel technology industry, and practical experience in planning and matching modern complex solutions to the needs of customers both large and small.

The experiences of Rouse will bring a direct benefit as the business is growing and continuing to innovate and improve the travel technology by offering in the corporate travel space.

Rouse added that this will be an exciting time particularly for the multi-national TMC division FCM Travel Solutions, as well as Corporate Traveller, which specialises in UK clients with an SME-spend, as they will soon be announcing the new and enhanced technology offerings for both divisions.
