Minor Hotels Unveils NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah at THINC Middle East, Bringing Luxury to Al Marjan Island in 2028

Minor Hotels, a leading international hospitality group with a portfolio of more than 560 properties across 58 countries, is set to introduce its NH Collection brand to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The highly anticipated NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments, featuring 156 keys, is scheduled to open in early 2028. The announcement was made at THINC Middle East, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion in the region.

A new luxury hotel is set to rise on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a flourishing travel hotspot in the UAE. Situated just an hour from Dubai International Airport and 30 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, the upscale beachfront property will offer 120 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, complemented by 36 branded serviced apartments. Guests will have access to world-class amenities, including four dining venues, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a dedicated kids club, a vibrant games room, a boutique retail store, and a stylish co-working space.

Developed by RRS International Development FZ-LLC, a leading real estate company with more than 20 years of expertise in the UAE’s premium property market, this project aligns with the brand’s strategic vision for Ras Al Khaimah. With a strong focus on the emirate’s booming tourism and real estate sectors, RRS is partnering with Minor Hotels to bring the NH Collection brand to Al Marjan Island. Among them, Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort opened in early 2024, enhancing the brand’s presence in the emirate. The NH Collection brand entered the UAE market with the launch of NH Collection Dubai The Palm in February 2023, marking its first-ever property beyond Europe and the Americas. Since then, NH Collection has expanded its footprint into Asia and the Indian Ocean, with additional developments underway, including new destinations in Africa.
