1. Can you please introduce yourself to our audience?
Hi, I am Mohammed Imran, and I work as the Marketing Manager (GCC) at RNB Luxury Tourism LLC. We are a Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Saudi Arabia, with additional operations in Juba, Paris, and Lisbon. Our company specializes in offering premium services such as worldwide chauffeur services, meet and greet assistance, and luxury car rentals. In the Middle East region, we operate a fleet of nearly 400 vehicles and offer hot air balloon services in Saudi Arabia. We are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences globally.
2. You are currently participating in the Qatar Travel Mart. How has your experience been so far, and what are your thoughts on the event?
It’s been a wonderful experience. Three years ago, I attended as a visitor, and I saw immense potential in the market. Last year, we set up a booth, which led to more productive connections. This year, we’ve found several new partners and strengthened relationships with our existing ones. It’s been a great opportunity to collaborate with suppliers and enhance our offerings, and we’re already seeing the results.
3. As a Destination Marketing and Management Company (DMC), what specific services and expertise does RNB Luxury Tourism offer, particularly for clients traveling to and from the Middle East?
We offer a range of specialized services to cater to the needs of our clients. These include meet and greet services at airports, particularly with Altanfii services in Saudi Arabia, chauffeur services, and luxury car rentals. Additionally, we provide hotel bookings and curated travel experiences within Saudi Arabia and globally. Our fleet is extensive, and we ensure that all client preferences, such as vehicle types and hotel categories, are met to deliver a seamless travel experience.
4. How do you customize your services to meet the specific needs and preferences of international clients, especially those traveling to the Middle East?
We offer tailor-made services based on each client’s individual requirements. Whether it’s the type of vehicle, hotel categories, or specific travel experiences like excursions, we ensure that every aspect of the journey is personalized. We also offer guided tours for clients who wish to have a more immersive travel experience. Our approach is always client-centric, adapting to their unique needs and desires.
5. How do you collaborate with local suppliers, vendors, and partners worldwide to ensure the best services for your clients?
Collaboration is key to our success. We personally visit suppliers and experience their services firsthand. As a DMC, we have dedicated teams on the ground in key markets to manage our operations. For our worldwide chauffeur services, we partner with trusted third-party vendors, but we always ensure we’ve personally vetted them before onboarding. This allows us to maintain a high standard of service across all regions.
6. How do you keep updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the travel and tourism industry?
We stay informed through a variety of channels. Our team regularly receives updates from tourism boards and ministries of tourism from different countries. Additionally, we gather insights from social media platforms, attend industry events, and engage in conversations with new contacts to stay abreast of the latest trends. This helps us ensure that we are always offering the most current and relevant services to our clients.
7. How do you keep your clients informed and up-to-date with new developments in the travel industry?
We use a combination of media, WhatsApp groups, and email newsletters to share updates with our clients. We keep them informed about new products, services, and any changes in travel policies. Whenever there’s an update or new offering, we send detailed information through these channels, ensuring our clients are always in the loop and can make informed decisions.
8. Can you tell us about the recent visa-free initiatives in the Gulf region? How have these changes impacted your business and the tourism sector?
The introduction of visa-free policies in the Gulf region has had a significant positive impact. In particular, the online visa application portals have made it much easier for travelers to access visas and plan their trips. This has been a game-changer for the tourism industry, and it has definitely contributed to the growth of our business. Clients can now choose their services, customize their packages, and apply for visas directly through government portals. This has made the entire process much more efficient and convenient.
9. Do you think that visa-free policies have contributed to a boost in tourism, particularly in countries like Qatar?
Absolutely. The visa-free policies have had a tremendous impact on tourism. Countries like Qatar, UAE, and other Gulf nations have seen a significant increase in international visitors. It has encouraged more people to visit the region, and the ease of obtaining a visa has played a large role in this growth. The tourism sector is booming, and it’s clear that these policies have been instrumental in making travel to the Gulf region more accessible and appealing.
