Moms are the Best: May 14 is a Great Excuse to Say It One More Time at Four Seasons in Bogota

In the month of May, Mother’s Day gives us the opportunity to honour every mom on this planet, and all of those, that without children of their own, become a similar figure expanding the wings of motherhood and embracing the beauty of unconditional love.

For one more year, and as many as possible to come, Four Seasons wants to play its part, inviting guests and visitors to treat their loved ones dining at Castanyoles, the restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogota. On Sunday, May 14, 2023, the Hotel’s kitchen team will use their creativity and experience to offer a Mother’s Day brunch with special stations set up at the greenhouse atrium. The menu will include:

• Colourful, flavourful customized pizzas made at the moment
• A grill station offering delicious cuts of meat and poultry
• Iconic Colombian dishes including hen sancocho – a traditional hearty Colombian stew made with tubers, hen, local aromatic herbs, and ají criollo
• Latin American ceviches prepared à la minute with delicate cuts of fish and seafood.
• An exquisite display of local and foreign cheeses and charcuterie to have as an appetizer or a tasty side dish
• A pasta station with options of classic sauces such as carbonara, basil pesto, and three cheeses made right there when being ordered

The sweet note including traditional desserts that symbolize mothers’ affection through candy bites. This station will have a unique amenity: a heart-shaped chocolate panna cotta, glazed with ruby chocolate, wild berry gel, and rose petal powder, stamped with moms’ names (if reserved in advance).

The Hotel’s staff will be waiting to serve and take care of every party, as well as a group of professionals dedicated to entertaining children. This brunch deserves time, full presence, and no rush. Kids can have a good time as well, while family and friends enjoy every bite and every laugh. During their play time they will make a little gift for their moms as well.

Apart from a festive brunch, if staying for two nights at Four Seasons Hotel Bogota or Casa Medina, a complimentary third night is received for guests to fully enjoy the best of Four Seasons services, apart from dining in La Biblioteca (Four Seasons Bogota restaurant) and Castanyoles at Casa Medina.
