Ken Moore has been appointed by Oakwood to the role of managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Moore will lead Oakwood’s efforts to scale EMEA operations to provide better serve existing and emerging customer needs. He will also be expanding the business throughout the region.
Chris Ahearn, chief executive officer, Oakwood was delighted to have Ken join the Oakwood executive team.
He said that Ken’s extensive background in hospitality management and his ability to drive customer service and expand market presence make him a great fit for leading the EMEA region.
Ken will be leveraging his global experience spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Before the Oakwood’s regional operations, Moore will leverage his background in strategic planning and expansion to boost business development and property acquisition.
Moore was thrilled to join the forward-thinking team at Oakwood. He said he had the opportunity to transform the serviced apartments industry and he hopes that he will be using the experience and expertise gained from working across a range of leisure and hospitality companies to further develop the Oakwood brand.
