Prime Minister of Egypt, Mr. Mostafa Madbouli on Saturday had a face-to-face discussion with a group of investors in the Red Sea coastal town of Hurghada.
The meeting was arranged on the edge of the visit of the premier to the Red Sea governorate to examine many services and development projects.
The ministers of tourism and antiquities, public business sector and civil aviation took part in the meeting together with the secretary general of the Supreme Council of Antiquities and Red Sea, Governor Maj. Gen. Amr Hanafi.
Madbouli clearly declared his willingness to listen to the issues the investors are facing in the tourism sector to journey on any measures important to move the development process faster in this vital sector.
He observed the union of the ministries of tourism and antiquities has been profitable immensely on that score, as it would help in attaining an accord between entertainment and cultural tourism.
Also, structuring a ministerial committee for tourism and antiquities has its constructive impact in this regard, the premier added.
In the meantime, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Khaled Al-Anani explained that the committee is prepared to call everyone together on Sunday to talk about a raft of tourism-related issues.
Executive Director of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), Mohamed Abdel Wahab and other senior officials from the Red Sea governorate were also present.
